Peltier Advice

Looking for some needed advice, I am going with a Danger Den Peltier specs are Maximum operating temp: 125 C

Imax = 24 Amps

Qmax = 226.1 Watts

Vmax = 15.2 Volts

Delta Tmax = >67 (C)

Size = 50mm X 50mm X 3.10mm

Question is would a dedicated extra power supply I have that is 350 watt power the peltier ok?

Is the dedicated PSU a computer PSU?
If it is and you intend to run the peltier at 12V, your line for 12V must be able to supply at least 19Amps continuously. The 350W PSU might not be able.
