People over at [H] say they have it running fine with XP, so ignore the OS warning.

It's not bad, you could always add a P4 2.8ghz 800mhz for $100 more, and the price will still be only $348.

That's pretty cheap for a 2.5 Ghz system with DDR2 ram and a SATA HD. If I had the money, I'de pick one up.
