Have newest version of Shrink and full version of Nero. I can open up DVD, shrink it, and it backs up to temp file in HD. However it fails to burn after backing up temporary file. It gives me this message.

Any suggestions?

Using shrink, can you save it as an ISO file, then with nero, burn disc image and select the ISO file?

you need this version of nero 6.6.0.18 or lower all newer one cant auto burn with dvd shrink

you can get nero from here but u need a legit serial key

Before my computer crashed and I reinstalled it all, I had used the same two programs (DVD Shrink and Nero 7) to burn 300+ DVD's. I am doing nothing different, but for some reason it doesn't want to auto burn.

hmm i never tried it with 7 but i know with nero 6 u need the version i listed or lower for autoburn to work. but yu have 7 so im not sure sorry. but hey did u upgrade to 7 from 6.6 ?

I actually don't remember. I remember I was using a trial version, and needed to make a updated copy of Windows XP pro (with service pack 2) and I ended up buying 7 ultra edition so I could burn one. However, I don't remember if I was using a version 6 or if it was 7.

Did you make sure to install Nero before you installed DVDShrink? If not, then you need to uninstall DVDShrink and then reinstall it.

Burn with dvd decrypter. It's free and it's not being updated anymore so no worries about getting jinxed by an update. Plus, it's made to work with dvdshrink like nero.

Does anyone have an older version of Nero 7, the new version is 7.5.9.0a and I think that might be the problem. Any assistance?
