Quake 3 vs Toast?

I ran toast for a good 30 minutes, and i check the temp to be at 38c, but if i run quake for awhile i get a temp of about 41c, does that mean that quake 3 is a good full load temp gauge??

There was a certain Quake3 map that was used to something of a torture/reliablity test. Not only could you see your load temps, but you can also torture your 3D card and system if you have any of it overclocked for reliability (ie, no crashes becuase of system instability from o/c).

Me, I prefer to just play RTCW for a good 3 hours or so.
