or

7-3-3-.2.5

With RAM timings, the lower the numbers, the better (faster/more aggressive). However, in reality you won't see much of a difference between those two listed settings.

it all really depends on the RAM and the applied Vdimm
bet bet would be to try for yourself and see what happens
