I've seen an article about quieting a cpu fan down and now I cant find it so i thought I'd consult with the experts. Anyone have any tips ? I am using a globalwin fop38 . Thanks

the silicone trick is in the heat sink section in the tips section on the front page. i'm running a Delta with the silicone trick and its done a great job of making it quiter.
