I have a phantom 410 case, I just want to know if any of these will fit in my case .

on top of that I want to know, why is one cheaper than the other like, they seem to be the same card made by different company's. Besides cosmetic changes do they work differently when It comes to games etc?

7970 will fit in your case.

Without a fan on the HDD cage, you can get a 305mm long GPU in.

With the fan, you get 280mm.

With the fan fully tilted, 230mm.

Only real difference between them is the heatsink design.

Also check about voltage control. Some 7970s are voltage locked, some have voltage control. There isn't any easy way to tell which is which.
