hey guys, thinking of upgrading my p4 1.4g to a p4 2g. my motherboard is set up for 423 pins, but having trouble finding p4 2g in 423 and if i find one its really expensive. seems like the 478 are cheaper and more abundant. has anyone had any experience using the adaptor the is put over the 423 so that the 478 will fit on it. if so, how do you like it, do you think it may cut the chips performance in any way. any thoughts would be helpful.

thanks
