Someone Please Help Me !!!!!

I have a Radeon 8500, My Crystal orb just came in today. How in the world do you get the old heatsink of the Radeon. I have tried twisting and pulling, and still can not for the life of me get it to even budge. Is there some trick or something. I havent pryed with anything yet because it looks so easy to tear up a solder trace. Any help would be appreciated.

There are two ways you can do this....stick the card in a Plastic baggy and then stick it in the freezer for like 20minutes then pry it off using a scredriver with a credit card under it to protect the video card....

or you can play Unreal or QIII or 3dmark for like half an hour then wiggle it off...thats what i did.....
