Thermalgrizzly Conductonaut for 9700k and NHD15s?

I still have some thermalgrizzly conductonaut leftover from my 1080ti campaign and was thinking about using it for my 9700k (o'clocked to 5.2Ghz.) and my NHD15s. Would it make any diff. over the stock Noctua paste?
