Hi, new member/first time poster here. So what I did, was buy this from T.D., listed an auction on ebay for all of the other included accessories plus the x2 3800 i already had, and kept the fx60 for myself. my auction closed today with a winning bid of $257.50 plus shipping. so basically i got an fx60 to put in my existing set up for $142.50. i am pleased with the outcome of this little flip. stepping code on the chip i recieved is LCB9E...apparently the last set produced.

my existing 939 setup is

A8N32-SLI
FX60 (used to be x2 3800 @ 2500x10, 1.4v, HT 4x, 5/6 ram)
Zalman CNPS9700
2048 Corsair XMS DDR400 2-3-3-6
2 XFX 7600gt XXX in SLI
550w ultra power supply
2x 320 gb seagate 7200.10 SATA2 in Raid 0

have had this set up for a couple years and still plays all games (bf2/2142, COH, HL2, WR2, Oblivion, etc) very well. No need to forsake your trusty 939 for C2D...wait a while for AMD's response to C2D. plus 939 just has a pleasant ring to it! peace!

That's awesome news man! I was hoping someone would be able to do this and get a cheap FX60. Thanks for posting this :)

I have been tossing this idea around to do this.....

Anyone think it would be good to sell the whole thing with an athlon 4000+ or just part it all out?
