Caddi has it right. 3 separate drives with 3 individual os's. Partitioning leaves a lot to be desired. Boot software and away we go.
 
Unplug the Windows SSD from the socket.
Then install Mac OS on the other cheap drive.
Then install Ubuntu as dual boot to make the system triple OS.
I doubt the settings that you would have to set to boot either from Ubuntu or from Windows.
How would you apply those settings after both Disks are connected to the system?
