volcano 7....any good?

right now i'm running a dragon orb on an xp 1700......was thinking about switching to a volcano 7 to drop my temps......do you recommend that or is there another better fan i oughtta go with? my budget is around $20.......plus shipping.

Get a Millenium Glaciator (original)... $17.50 + shipping, and they come with a sample of some good thermal paste. Search the forums to dig up a link to the millenium thermal website.

I have a Volcano 7 in my girlfriend's computer... it's decent, but it wouldn't be a big improvement over a Dragon Orb... not enough to justify $20+.
