voltage too low ?

This is probably a dumb question, but
what would the symptoms of having the
CPU core voltage too low be ?

Would the machine just fail to POST or what ?
 
Lockups!

That´s what you get when the core voltage is to low for the frequency you´re running. It can be everything from no POST to Windows lockup during or after load. Often you can test a systems stability by running some kind of benchmark since they test most functions of your PC.

Myself got lockups when I played Quake3, nothing else would do it. I upped the voltage 0.05V and now it´s stable.
