well the down and dirty 50% off build/upgrade is like 80% done
sadly i ran short of tubing because of the snafu with shipping,
but i got a free 3rd rad out of it,
so i ordered a few more barbs and a 2nd box of dangerden dreamflex which should be here Tuesday.
if i do decide to add the 3rd rad itll have to wait till then,
i mounted 3 of the cougars i got on each of the 2 rads on the pc now in pull,
and until the box arrives they are connected to the power supply via molex and running @ 100%
but are still hardly noticeable , which is pretty neat actually.
sofar i have not worked the pc hard yet,
but the idles im getting are only 9F higher than the temp of the room its in,
84F 29C for the gpu,
and just a couple higher on the cpu
sofar ive got the pump set just above the 1 on the 1-5 dial (not at 2 but like half way ish)
the mounts i made arnt holding the rads symetrically,
which is totally bumming me out
im going to redo those at some point
its not a work of art
it was down and dirty and cheap.
the 50% off build, (name subject to change)
