I have this Little app colled // Tweaking.com - Hardware Identify //

Can you open the device manager (just type it in search for Win10/11), then look for anything with a yellow exclamation post a screenshot if you find something.

Looks like nothing needs to be installed. I'd delete that Tweaking app, personally.
