which choose seems to be the best?

I am piece by piece gathering up parts for a 2.8Ghz system. I need an opinion on which would be the better performer if any:

Abit TH7II w/ Samsung PC800 $170

Abit TH7II w/ Samsung PC1066 $200

Asus P4T533 w/ RIMM4200 $274

Why is the Abit TH7II w/ Samsung PC1066 $170 cheaper than the one with pc800?

Skip RDRAM completely. Wait the couple of weeks for Granite Bay. It'll perform the same, if not better and the memory will be cheaper.

But for dual purpose:
Samsung 128Meg PC2100 $41
X 2 = $82 for dual

Not much a difference in price
