WHY???? Driver Kernel error 314.22

Why is this happening? I have rebooted, re installed, and driver swept whilst my mind dives into oblivion. A lot of forums are having this issue, and the only response is "my computer does the same thing." I don't care what GPU you have, the issue is happening across the board. What is it? Why is it happening? and any resolution? Sorry, i am very frustrated! Thank you for any help!
