anyone know how I would go about changing the color of the task bar and start menu??

and also change the color of custom tool bars??

Taskbar mods are simple. MIne is basically transparent because i hate seeing it lol

I use customizerXP to make it transparent.
I usually download schemes from Themexp.org but there site is **** never running properly, anyways you have to use a program called stylexp.

TO make your own you use a program called style builder. It does more than the taskbar but all the windows and stuff.

You can also use a program called resbuilder to make your own logon schemes.

i use windowsblinds on my xp machine, and its the same style as XP, only red.
