hey ...
i'm considering upgrading to xp 64 bit but not sure if i will see much of a performance increase.
i use my machine for mostly audio/video compositing and FPS gaming ...
what would be my performance benefit from upgrading to th 64 bit version of windows xp?
what got me to thinking was running some cinebench benchmarks and comparing my system to others with near identical setups (same clock speed, same video card, etc.) and those with the 64bit version of xp were all significantly higher scorers than me. those with regular winxp were about the same as mine.
