XP Heatsinks

Im in the market for a heatsink for an athlon xp, easy to assemble and is quiet! Im kinda cheap so 50$ and under, any suggestions?

i use a svc golden gate and i love it!, i was using a screemin everflow 29cfm fan and now i got a delta 18cfm fan and the temps are the same! and very quiet!!! very nice, and good overclockin hsf, but the thermalrite ax-7 is the best heatsink....

I just replaced my thermoengine hs that had a delta 38fan w/ a Evercool CUD725 HSF that has a 70mm fan, my temps only increased by 1-2c but it's a lot quieter.
