OK My new ASUS board on the way. Mem Ratio question

This is my first ASUS board and when i set it up, Im gonna be puting in a 2.4b PC2700. Overclocking to what im mat now, 2.8 to start. Ths ASUS board has the Mem ratio Setting on it. 1:1 5:4 or whatever. What setting should i start out at first? And maybe a memory timeing would be cool.

ANY help would be Awesome. My timeings for this board now are at(Auto, 6T 2T 2T) Thats the only settings i have.
