How do I enable hyper-threading on MoBo?

I found out that my mobo has hyper-threading ability, but it has been disabled since it was new.
(see attached report picture)

How do I enable hyper-threading?

Your mobo has HT, but your CPU doesn't.

But I guess you knew that since it was answered in one of the other threads you started about this.

K, thanks, and by the way, can the cpu be changed on this mobo. Intel's web site says it is "unreasonable" to replace the cpu. What would work on this mobo?
 
I believe that mobo handles 533mhz CPU's, so you could upgrade all the way up to a 3.06ghz P4 (which has HT). Should get a 2nd opinion about that, since I can't confirm.
