120mm to 92mm adapter and s-94

Has anyone seen a 120mm to 92mm adapter? How about putting a 120mm fan on an sp-94 this way? This would serve as a shroud, and would concentrate alot of power on the heatsink.

first...how in the world would u be able put the adapter on the heatsink? the sp-94 uses clips, so it would be kind of hard...but the low static pressure of 120mm fans and the high cfm's are almost the same as having a lower cfm 92 mm and higher static pressure, it would just be too much trouble IMHO

I agree with dalilman52 - I think your efforts wouldn't produce incredible results. You might have more luck making a kind of shroud for the 92mm though, to try to eliminate the dead spot it creates.
