I have a P4 1.5 GHz that can safely overclock to 1.87 GHz without any problems at all and the temperatures still stay cool. I can take it up to 1.9GHz but it is unstable at 1.9 GHz and will freeze within a few hours. I was hoping if I could up the CPU voltage that maybe I can get the CPU to at least 1.9 GHz+.
I have the latest bios available for my motherboard. Does anyone out there know of any hacks for my bios that will allow me to change the CPU voltage or does anyone know how to modify the bios to allow the CPU voltage to be changed?
