Is this G.Skill a good deal?

I was on newegg looking at PC 4000, 2x 1gb kits and I noticed this G.Skill. Has anyone tried this stuff out yet? I believe it meets my needs. Also its cheaper than the other kits listed when I searched. (245 compared to the 300 of OCZ, Mushkin, and Crucial) I will be getting an x2 3800+ and hopefully I can overclock to 2.5 or so. With this shouldn't I be able to overclock (hopefully I get a good oc'ing chip) with a 1:1 divider. Correct me if I am wrong please, as I am still somewhat new to overclocking.

its good stuff. it usually does like 270ish 3-4-4-8, which isnt horrible. its not Ballistix, but its a good 60 bucks cheaper.
