Hi I m using motherboard M4a77td and Corsair Vs2GB1333D3.

I m having frequent hang and restart problem. I tried to change the following in Bios

1. Speed change to 1333mhz
2. Voltage set range from 1.5V to 1.6V
3 Set to 9 9 9 24

But i still encounter random hang and sometimes BSOD...

Please help. If u need any PIC from me, let me know thanks

If you haven't overclocked it's nearly impossible that it's your RAM or something is really faulty. Did you overclock your CPU/RAM ?

Ram can be bad from the factory. Its rare, but not nearly impossible. ;)

CPUz screenshots of the first tab, memory tab and SPD tab would be helpful...

With the timings manually set to 9-9-9-24-2T and Vdimm adjusted to 1.5V, run Memtest86+ to verify whether the RAM is stable or not at the current 1342MHz DRAM frequency. Also post the exact STOP error in the BSOD, and include the rest of your system spec's.
