Windows XP error! -Notepad pops up w/ Windows

Hello everyone! I just started having a problem with my OS? Everytime I turn on or reboot into windows Notepad pops up.

This is what it says:

"[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787"

I am not sure what this means but I was wondering if any of you know what it is and how it can be fixed.

Check your startup folder and see if there's a notepad document in there. If there is, delete it.

In addition to Oni's suggestion, you might also want to check here...Start | Run | Type msconfig and click OK | "Startup" tab | Look for a "Startup Item" or "Command" entry that contains the word "Notepad" or "Notepad.exe", and uncheck it.

Thank You both for your replies. There was a notepad doc in the startup folder. I am not sure how or why it was there but the problem is fixed now.
