Has anyone found a high quality HSF for 478

I have the Thermaltake Volcano 478 and my CPU temp is about 43-45?.
After messing around with some 3D games its around 50?
I would like to get these temps down. Not OCing yet.

Will running at the current temps. mess anything up?

Thermaltake has never been known for making good coolers. Check out the below link for a review of a few P-4 coolers. The socket 478 is still pretty new, so not many choices available yet. Vantec makes one that is not listed in the review. Don't know how well it does, but it looked fairly good to me at first glance.
