Okay so you have everything connected, are you sure you're trying to momentarily short the right pins? It should be for the power switch, you have to press the flathead against both of them for just a second and remove it.
 
Yeah everything is connected, just like in the picture :/ ! That's what I did but nothing :/

Well, I'll put everything in my case (should be here in less than an hour), put my cooler and I'll worry about it
