with 2 quad rads, cpu and 2 graphics cards is that not a lot for 1 pump?

1 pump can handle all that. A MCP-35x or a D5 pump can handle that no problem but I would go with the 35x since they perform better because they have more head pressure. I'd only go with a second one if you wanted it for redundancy and if you want the pump(s) running at lower speed for acoustic reasons than I would get 2 pumps as well.

On 120.9 of heat surface, I had to increase my pump PWM controls from my usual 40% to 55% just to hit the 1 GPM mark.
