AM3+ MOBO for OC'ing AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2GHz

I currently have an MSI 760GM-E51 but would like to know what's the best MOBO,$100 or less, to OC my 1090T. I've been looking at this one:

I hope to OC up to 3.8 - 4.0 GHz. Idle temps for CPU is 20-22 °C and GPU 30-33 °C.

The 970 board is probably fine if you're looking to buy new. The 890 boards are better overclockers for Thuban CPU's.
Don't believe those temps. AMD sensors are totally inaccurate below 40c. You can add 10c to that figure you quoted. You'll be closer to the actual.
