I am trying to find a mATX DDR motherboard (p4) which has a fix PCI/AGP.

I think the Asus P4B266-M DDR has the PCI lock but I'm not 100% sure. Desmond just purchased one so you might ask him. I am very happy with my Asus P4S333-M but has no PCI lock. A P4B266-M and a 2.26 P4 are the hot ticket.

I don't think any of the mATX boards offer the same overclocking features of the ATX boards.

The -M board i got offers like.. zero OC abilities.. but.. that's not why i bought it.
