4g4a fried? possible...

ok... help me out. i think that i fried my motherboard. i used the screwdriver trick to power on my motherboard (connect the 2 pins). and i have been doing so for awhile, because its laying in peices on my desk. so anyway, i went to connect the reset pins but i accidently touched the screwdriver to the speaker pins or maybe it was the power led pins. but then horror struck... (dunn dunn dunn) when it touched those pins the dreadful *pop* sound happened and then followed by a spark. then i turned it off and cleared the cmos and then no post. and then no post and then no post...

HELP!

any input?

my cpu (p4 1.6a) doesnt work in other motherboard ethier! is it fried too?

i think you fried your 4g4a and 1.6a so just live with it and overclock your tbred

haha, oh i have. 2.25ghz with 4c chilled water! i was just wondering if any one had any inpu ant all. heh, guess not.
