Good Motherboard/Processor Combo

I'm looking for a good combo to replace my Dad's old motherboard and processor which is a PII 350mhz. I'm figuring he is looking to spend under $60 because that is what he is looking to spend to get his bios flashed for the 40gb HD to work with his motherboard and he won't do it himself.

Does anyone know of good bargains on Motherboard/Processor combos for under $60 that will be better than his PII 350mhz?

He has no worse than PC100 memory but his Video card is surely outdated I believe but descent for its time (All-In-Wonder 8mb probably).

I've been looking on Pricewatch but a lot of those bargain seller don't rate to well so I'm gonna keep lookin and keep askin in hopes that someone has found a nitch I haven't looked in yet.
