If a file unrars correctly, could it still be corrupt?

Yes. It could have been corrupted before it was packaged.

Use a program called Winiso to open it up & view the contents, you can also extract the *.bin file too. If it extracts fine, it "should" be ok. You can also use this program to edit *.bin files, like to things from one folder or place & copy over the originls.
