i'm working Protein: p541_BBA5_ext. this thing is gromacs but it folds like a tinker. takes forever. anyone else working on this?

i had one the other day, it was going like a tinker on mine too. i miss the 7 pointers

these things are folding fine for me 8:06 for 5 frames

I also thought this protein was folding very slowly until I calculated the points per hour. My 2100+ Tbred @ 2.3 GHz is getting over 3 points per hour (550+ PPW) with this protein. I think I was getting 2.5-3 points per hour with the 7-point proteins.

woah i just calculated it on mine and i am going to get close to 250 ppw, wow i guess these aren't bad
