Im trying to overclock my Duron 650 but can only achieve 866 mhz. This is done by simply setting the FSB (via jumper) from 100 to 133. I have used pencil lead on the L1 bridges. When I enter BIOS all of the multiplier settings are there, but after setting them I save the BIOS and let it restart. Here's where the problem is. The motherboard's LED's give me an error thats tranlates to: "Decrompressing BIOS to RAM for fast booting" and just hangs there and does nothing. Could it be that the pencil lead just inst a strong enough connection? Any ideas?

I would try redoing the pencil trick. I did it ok with a mechanical pencil but if you can't get it to work with a pencil, you can try a conductive pen.
