how to set up SATA RAID 0

I am probably asking a dumb question BUT............
is there anyone how could walk me through this, I just got my new drives from newegg, and I only want to do this once, my motherboard is a a7n8x-e deluxe, 2 80gb hitachi deskstar's, I read that I should use the floppy that came with my board, but I didnt get one, should I format my drives first with hitachi's disktools? If someone can give me a step by step walk through I would be eternaly greatfull.

ASUS Driver here Download the driver and put the driver to a floppy, you can format/partition the the drives during an OS install.
