Decent Webcam?

I've been looking at webcams for a while now and seen everything from 150 Euro cams (Logitech Sphere) to really cheap ones. Not a clue what to get though I want something which is reasonably priced (not el cheapo, but not gold plated either) and has a good framerate. I've seen a few webcams which react awfully to semi-fast movements. It's like playing CS on a 28k8 modem Another thing I've noticed, most have framerates of 30fps. Is that standard, or do others high higher FPS capabilites?

I'm in the same boat. I need one that clips on a laptop and works in windows and OSX. The isight looks like the best so far, but only mac drivers. The logitec ones look decent, but bigger and no mac support. So if I find anything I'll let you know.
