i have an antec 350w psu. wondering if it's enough for overclocking a socket 754 athlon64 3000+??

i see. probably an nvidia 6600 or radeon 9600 vid card, a sound card, one hard drive (ide)

You can run it, but it seems a little too close for comfort, I would suggest upgrading it.
But if you do decid to run it you are safe, antecs don't tend to take the parts with them.
