PSU cutting out?

Have a dual PSU setup. Was just playing NFSU2 when all of a sudden the power cut out completely. When i tried to turn the comp back on hard drives spun but nothing on screen (hd light constantly on and also mobo light on) after a couple of minutes of switching off the power at the wall and attempting to restart the comp, it jumped back into life. I felt the back of the PSU supplying the mobo and GFX card and it was hot. Could it have possbily overheated?

sounds like it, try it in 20 minutes or so, if it works then it probably is
