Is there a 12v line that always gives power, even if the computer is in standy?

I think it's 5v, but yeah, I know there's a rail for that.

The +5VSB is a 5v rail that always gives power, even if the computer is off. Usually, it's rated at 2A or so and is used for things like keeping the cmos from being erased (so your battery isn't used as much), and that sort of thing. There is no +12V rail that provides power when the computer is off.
