Opty 170 Questions

i just got a new opteron 170 and ASUS A8N-SLI.
im being very boon-ish, but how high temp/volts can i get with stock cooling?
im gonna invest in water-cooling, but i dont know what one to get... henyway... just wanna know what i can get out of it...

First of all, what's boonish. Secondly you won't know how high you can really go without "playing" around with it yourself.

I 'm assuming that was a typo. It depends, because people have gotten some really nice results with Opterons with low vcore, so it depends on the type of cooling and the stepping of your specific CPU. If you plan on water cooling, then I would try to learn as much as possible from the watercooling section and put a decent setup together vs. buying a kit. It's not that hard as long as you know what you need.
