Swiftech MCP655 pump speed

What speed to people run this pump at.

I noticed it has 1 - 5 on the back, does everyone run at 5?

Has anyone tested at lower speeds?

Do people leak test at lower speeds?

most run at 5, if its too loud for you at 5 you could lower it but you also would lower the flow (and its fairly quite even at 5
