help getting started

i'm really now considering switching to waster. i;m just not happy with the temps and noise i'm getting w/ air.
my price isn't really set as of yet cause i'm selling odds and ends i don't use any more to fund this but my main goal is a good price to performance ratio. i don't want to spend $100 extra just for a degree or 2. this also has to be a completely internal job as i don't want my two little duaghters pulling a line off and frying everything. (i have a cm stacker so plenty of space and i have a dremel and am not afraid to use it)

any hint on what would be good would be much appriciated. oh and it will be for both the cpu and gpu

the swiftech apex series is good as well as the danger den series. anything with a 120x240 rad will do you well.
