Need help with hardware

Hi, i have use Prime95 to find some problem. When i have test i got one Hardware error. But i will know what the problem it's Exp: it's my Memory? or CPU? how can i know where the problem is in my Hardware! It's my first time i use the program.

Please help me with this problem

I am a n00b, but have you run memtest86 to see if its your memory ?

i have done the Blend test only! how do i find the memtest86?

If it isn't your memory try giving your CPU a bit more voltage (assuming you have OCed it?).

Most likely CPU needs more voltage.
