App that shows saturation of buses?

Is there some application that tells me the % of saturation on buses?

Like DDR2-800 on an LDT bus of 800mhz,?

Or a Video card on a PCI-E 2.0 x8 bus?

Or RAID0 drives on a Ultra ATA/100 bus?

I'm not sure there is a way to monitor it...

as thiddy said, i dont think there is a way. Unless you monitored the chips at ethier end of the bus. would be a great little thing to have though.
