Can You Water Cool Dual XP's on a A7m266-D mobo

I wandering if you could water cool 2 xp chips on an asus a7m2666-d mobo. and i was also thinking about an uptop exhaust and three fans blowing in from the side in a triangle patternb hitting the pci's the chips and the hdd's. with a 2coolpc turbo unit for interior cooling. would this be effient?
