i3 530 $124.99

i3 540 $144.99

i5 650 $194.99

i5 660 $207.99

i5 661 $207.99

i5 670 $299.99

Right around what people were speculating. The i5's seem a bit high for what they offer. Going to call my local MicroCenter when I get out of work and see what prices are there.

i5 is defiantly high if you do side by side performance comparasion with i5 750. Quad physical core beats out dual core with 4 virtual cores.

But then again, you're also paying extra for on chip graphic.

Tried calling MicroCenter in Boston. Got some one who really didn't know what I was talking about "i who? Core what?". Said they didn't have them, but I don't feel too confidant on his answer. Might try calling back tomorrow.

Edit: Although, going to MicroCenter's website, both the i5 750 and i7 920 went up in price, $40 and $30, respectively. Can only imagine that's because nobody would buy the new Clarkdales when you had those two CPUs at $150/$200.

damnit! i should have bought one the otherday when i was feeling the itch :(

Some of them up at MicroCenter.com finally.

i3 530 $149
i5 650 $149

650 is what was expected from MC, but the 530 more expensive than online? Not the usual for MC. Wish I lived closer to the one in Boston to actually go in and see what the deal is.
